3-PHASE ELECTRICITY POWER SAVER

LED LIGHTING

2. Row lights of 60 or for larger spread 90 LEDs. Made using very  bright small size LEDs which has low power consumption. 60 LED consumes 3w and 90 LED consumes 5 w.

3.  Internal Battery Backup of 4 hours. Ideal for areas where lights are ON 24 hours a day. Gives emergency lighting during power failure. In backup\battery mode the LEDs are lit at brightest level.

4. Expected LED life - 20,000 hours of continuous operation

Benefits - Reduces  Electricity bills replacing Tube lights\Incandescent Bulbs. Extra UPS and related wiring for emergency lighting not required. Long life reduces replacement intervals.

Working Theory - It has inbuilt battery of 4Ah. Separate circuit designed for charging & lighting LEDs. The LED lighting circuit in 230v Mains mode is driven using constant current circuit enabling ideal brightness irrespective of AC input voltage and long life of LEDs. Charging circuit is independent of lighting circuit, thereby ensuring the internal Battery is efficiently charged when Mains power is present.

Benefits - Maintenance intervals and related headaches are reduced. It is an Eco-friendly product which reduces the discard of batteries containing poisonous lead.

Working Theory – The unit is connected to +ve & -ve terminals of the Battery. It contains an electronic circuit with SMD chip which produces a high frequency digital pulse that remove the Sulfate deposits from the plates and return them to the battery acid as active electrolytes. It is connected to the existing charging system individually to each battery

Conditions – Battery cells should not be short or the container bulged showing signs weak/burned plates. Charging should be maintained at correct voltage and current. Specific gravity should be maintained at ideal levels. The degree of revival of batteries depends on the cycles used & Ampere hour (100 Ah to 500 Ah) rating.

Applications: UPS Batteries  - 12v model for each battery, Generator Batteries -  12v each, Solar Inverter Batteries - adding upto 12v for batteries in series. ( Eg: for a 48v system of 24no.s 2v 500Ah in series, 6 no.s of 2v 500Ah can use one 12v Battery Booster, Electric Buggies - (48V) system with batteries that can be paired in 12v sets as above

DIESEL GENERATOR FUEL SAVER

Working Theory – A tube containing special aluminum alloy pellets is connected between  fuel filter &  boss fuel pump. The metal pellets react with Diesel fuel to improve the combustibility by de-clustering molecules exposing more oxygen for burning. Fuel burns almost completely. It functions like a catalyst undergoing no change in itself. It serves as a Fuel Oxidation Catalyst.

Conditions –  Generator engines should have good compression & no turbo malfunction. The fuel efficiency level  or Units Generated per Liter should be as per Manufacturer norms prior to the fitment of the unit.

Applications: Diesel Generators  - from 50 KVA to 500 KVA. Have tested in Cummins, Kirloskar, Volvo & Mahindra, Diesel / Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) powered Boilers - for Laundry, Hot Water/Steam, etc
